Turbo oil return pipe

    Just changed this pipe and still have leak from there.
    any idea how to better seal this pipe.

    Need more information please. . . What engine ? Engine Size ? Which year ? How many miles or KM on it?

    D12 2005 about a 1mil on miles

    Hi, depends of the model some turbo have an aluminum adaptor for the return pipe under the turbo hold by 2 bolts it possible a groove is generate by the o ring inside bore of that adapter then with the new o ring install, the o ring (crush is less than it suppose to be due of the groove).
    Also make sure there is not a piece of old gasket stay paste under the turbo ?
