Does anyone know if you have to work both days of the weekend to get extra pay?
I only worked one Sunday in the last pay period, and noticed on the green sheet that I didn't get the weekend pay for it..
Thanks..

Yes. You have to work both Sat and Sun to get the weekend pay. If you are a Sunday out, you don't get it. If you take Sat off(paid or not) and work Sunday, you don't get it.

Yeah. I was on one. It was nice for a while. Same two trucks and some weekends off. Glad to be on a full time truck now.

I would like to get on a 3/2 again. Nice having 8 days off every two weeks. Thats what I was on before I transfered to my current dc.

Whats the weekend pay rate?
-
.05 per mile for all weekend miles.

nice, I guess that's a bonus since I will be working every weekend as Monday is my 1st day

The way I understand it:
6/3 driver supposed to work Tues through Sunday this rotation. You take off Sunday, go home Sat. night. You get the mileage pay (weekend rate) for Sat. on all miles driven. As long as you had a benefit day to cover the day off and you would have normally worked both days, you DO get the weekend pay for the mileage you drove on the day you worked. -
