Which position did you apply for? I've seen a roll off position and a residential position advertised quite regularly on indeed. Been forming an oilfield exit strategy since end of December... I assume you are too? Definitely post back on your interview I'd you don't mind.

If your being interviewed, it means they have already seen from your resume that you have the qualifications and experience you are looking for. What they are going to try and check from the interview is what your personality and work ethic are, and basically making sure your not a slacker, or a crazy weirdo that isn't going to get along with others.

Talk about how you love to work, and how you make sure attend and show up every day. You have no problems working overtime when the need arises. That you will go above and beyond the minimum to make sure the customer is completely taken care of or that the task is completed the right way. And, that have no problems helping others complete their tasks after yours are done. It would be best if you can cite some specific examples where you have done these things in your previous jobs, as anyone can say they are a hard worker, you need to tell them why and prove it to them.

I work for a municipality, and finding workers that show up, and put out everyday are exactly the kind of people we want, and unfortunately, not that easy to find.
