I can't find it either, but another W/S told me about it, you might want to ask Dispatch.

Hey, I have a question... Why are Professional Truck Driver so rude and thoughtless? Never thinking about the next tired driver to arrive at the Rest Area.. I pulled in here there is parallel parking along both sides of the drive, there are 3 trucks taking up enough space between them to fit 2 maybe 3 more trucks along that side, so I jump out run in do my business with the horse trader and see there is room up front, but there is a truck kind of not sure what he was doing and they finally leave so I pull up and thyn back straight back leaving room for a couple more trucks to get in front of me. I just don't get it. Take Care TD24

I'm going to guess it goes where the layover information goes, date/time start, date/time end, and where. Probably requires an authorization number like layover does.

People don't think. I spent the night in Spokane at a t/s where it was most all nose in parking. I parked, was straight and between my lines with no one on either side of me. Got up the next morning, trucks on both sides. Guy to my right was over to his right a little bit (plenty of room between us). Guy on my left didn't bother to pull in straight, back part of his trailer was in MY lane. Was no where near his rig. I tried for a good half hour to get backed out before the guy on my left came out and spotted for me. Still couldn't get out (literally an inch or less separated our trailors). He ended up backing his rig out to give me more room to maneuver.

The other guy eventually came out while all this was going on and just sat in his truck.:biggrin_25513:

When Dave used to get detention at the talc plant in MT he would get a form from the shipper and fill it out because that is who pays the detention pay. And it was after 2 hrs of your appt time. The only time he just put detention on his envelope was at the border(Canada) if you were there over an hr which did happen frequently then he got $10.00 an hr.

    Hi everybody.
Ive been floating around the WS threads for a while as i relocate to missoula beginning of next year and will be taking my CDL at sage and would love to get on with WS.

    however i have a few Queries/Questions

so first off here is my problem/work history!
I have never worked in the US prior to moving to missoula so i dont have any US work history.
I do have a green card and i am a LEGAL permanent resident.

I have been a train driver out of London, England for the past 10 years with an unblemished record, so i have good experience with responsibility and working on your own initiative etc..

now when it comes to the application with WS, do you think they would frown on the hassle at having to contact previous employers overseas or would they like the fact that i do have a solid work history even if it is in another country..

hopefully one of you guys can give me some information as ive tried to call roxy a few times but i get an answering machine and cant really leave a contact number as im overseas right now until after the new year..

    william..
