Having been leased to flatbed there i enjoy reading all the stuff. I only had 1 incident with dispatch all the time I was leased on. Had to quit due to ruptured disc when pulling tarp over covered wagon in the wind. Hired a driver and he would disappear with the truck for 2 days so I sold his ride out from uner his behind. I loved the way everyone treated you and never had any pressure for being late as long as I comunicated with them. They are the finest people I've ever met and even added money on some loads to get me to take them from Oregon to Baltimore. If you are honest, work hard and keep yourself clean you will make it at WS.

    Duane - truck 1998:

what a a great outfit. Planned to run through the holidays but ended up at home terminal and needed a reset. They let me go home a reset over Christmas. The worst is my last day out I developed a bad case of bronchitis, and I spent the whole day of 23 December at the VA waiting to be seen. They gave me the diagnosis and meds with codeine and I went home. I kept my dispatcher informed about everything, and that I would need until Friday before I could pull a load. She replied via email and told me to get plenty of rest and she would have a load matching g my preference on Saturday morning. The extra day of rest is really what I needed, but dint want to ask for. They came up with it anyway. I cannot say enough good about this company, and specifically it's awesome dispatchers. They really do seem to care about us drivers, and I am thankful for them. Can't think of anything negative to say about this outfit.
