New to Trucking and I start Orientation for W&S on 3/31/14

We have been with W&S a few weeks now and are very happy! Are you going to orientation at Conover? If so, you will be pleased, those guys are great!

Everyone has been very good to us and very nice. We received a new truck and are getting lots of miles.

 

You will be at the Days Inn just a mile from the terminal. It's clean and quite, with a place to do your laundry on the first floor.

We were very impressed with Matt, the orientation manager. He is very professional and knowledgable. You will like RL, the driving instructor. He's easy going and very helpful.

Be on time every day, they don't like people being late. Keep your log updated at all times...they will be checking!

There's a lot of homework but it is doable. They will tell you that it is overwhelming, it is. Lol


You will learn A LOT in those 10 days. They will make sure you are ready. If there's anything you don't feel sure about or feel like you need more practice with, they will work with you. They are very helpful.
