What state do you live in?

 

Do you have a CDL? Depends if you need full schooling or can go into a "driver finishing" program (have CDL) with an in-truck trainer. Some companies have their own school to attend. There are several links on this web site that discuss companies to look into. Do a search. Roehl is one carrier has a school that will help you get your CDL.

 

A guy I want to CDL school with started with Werner about 1 month ago.Loves it so far.Sorry,thats about as much help as I can be.

 

National Carriers if your 23 yrs. old, sometimes hires new CDL drivers even though their ad says 6 mos. experience required.

California is not a good hire area for Roehl. As suggested look into carriers based out of the SW area. You CDL school should be able to help with suggestions.

 

Guys once you hit the year with werner if you thought it was bad watch out!!!! They have cut my miles significantly(they gave me a 1 cent raise and a thousand headaches I'm a certified 100k miler accident free running only northeast) and pretty much they got me running bs loads.
