    I came upon a Werner truck engulfed in flames. It was on I-35 Approx. MM356 North Bound side. Just North of the town of West Texas. The cop showed up just before I did. The tractor and trailer were fully engulfed.
    Did that driver get out? I didn't see anyone around. The cop ran us up on the service road. I guess to empty that section of the highway.
