Your full of crap I just left there and I will tell you this much there is more than 3 pages to sign, because they want to know about military, grants, food stamps, disability, and a few others. As far as 48 states go I highly doubt you making that and regional like western they pay like .25
i dont know know who you trying to fool but I was and am in the know been out since the 14th of last month and things still haven't changed there.

Werner does and is a cdl mil goto Indy just down the street from the terminal guess what is a Werner cdl school, oh and by the way goto Denver because there is also a Werner school there where new students learn to drive and back the trucks right in there gate, and lets not forget about Omaha, yep they have a place for students to learn to drive and back along with the Dallas terminal. Really your not a driver but someone who works on the inside to dish out crap like this.
there not the best in my book and if I had to do it again I would goto swift before I went back to Werner swift is at least an upgrade -
I agree! Lol swift would be a better option between the two.Davezilla sounds like he knows alot..... Of BS

The CSA scores are public... Go look them up wise guys. Werner is roughly 50% in every category, meaning they are average. Go look at US Xpress, Covenant, and CR England... They not only have horrific CSA scores, they are all on probation.
Go look it up and prove me wrong...or can it. Go on, prove me wrong. You can't.
And the three sheets I was given were the direct deposit, the tax one, and one other I don't remember. All those things you claim are seperate pages...are either one page or on the computer. You are basically fabricating things. Do you have any idea how crazy you sound to people who have been through Werner orientation? 99.9% of it is on the computer. There is no long contract...but there is a long explanation of your rights by law.
Oh, and didn't you say they didn't give you time to even read it? Then how are you such an expert in it? You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. I just went through it, and I have a student with me who has absolutely no idea what you are talking about.
Not just that, but the supposed "Werner CDL schools" are not part of Werner, and they take 10 weeks...and count as college credits. You know absolutely nothing about Werner. You don't just go around assuming things and making accusations. Man up.
I've been training for two years and 25 students, don't try and tell me that Werner is a CDL mill...I've never even had one of those students...Every single one of my students has gotten their license before coming to Werner. If 100% of my students are not from the so called "Werner school"... It's mathematically impossible that they are a CDL mill. They only have two trucks got God's sake! A two truck CDL mill...imagine that.
It really doesn't surprise me that you didn't make it with Werner. You are quite possibly the most negative employee I have ever come across in over two years.
Good grief.
And sorry to everyone who has to read all of this.... It just pisses me off when people blame others for their own problems.
Oh, and Western doesn't make 25cpm... My last student who was In Western was making 36 cpm before he moved on to Crete. Funny how a guy from Florida is claiming he knows about pay in the rocky mountains.. Really dude? -
Would be real nice if people learned to spend 5 minutes looking at CSA scores...instead of making wild accusations. -
Funny how we have do many Werner "experts" on here...but not expert enough to be successful as the 9000 other drivers we have.

Lmao Davezilla, your posts are very entertaining. You should really consider being a recruiter for Werner, you'd fit in very nicly

Dave don't let the werner bashers get to you... I am with werner and I am happy.... not saying it is the best, but, I sure like it a lot better than the small family run fleet I drove for befor coming to werner..
I was just at the omaha terminal and met a fellow driver who was in orientation... returning to werner.. had drove for werner, left for a better company... and came back... I have met more than a few driver who left and returned..
I know what I am experiencing at werner.. and often it is different from what people spout here... bjt I am going to trust my own experience over a stranger behind a screen name...
I most certainly do not feel like a number... yes, I do have a driver id number.. but, when I am at the terminals or on the pnone with some department, like fuel.. they are helpful and call me by my name... and they are friendly...
