    oh i hated the team style training. trying to sleep while the truck was in motion was the worst part of it all. and I agree, that's not training. I'm just glad I was able to get everything else very well.

    I put in an app and never heard from them!

    You're right, that's not training.
    I wouldn't have put up with that BS.

    Obviously Warner cares more about money than quality training.
    Real dumb because a well trained driver will make them money without crashing and learning the hard way.

    They don't hire everyone like Werner. Most of what you will learn will come on your own. Like getting tandems to slide when they don't want to at 2am and having receiver kick u off their property. My 2.5 pound sledge works good as a wheel chock till I can get one

    I was done the same way and I had to learn to do my backing myself!! You have your truck NOW just go with it!!! REMEMBER get out and look as many times you need!!! YOU CAN DO IT GIRL!!

    wow, i got yelled at this morning when I went in. Yesterday i went straight to the hotel after checking in. I was told that I SHOULD HAVE done my CBT's, turned in my review of my trainer and his review of me, my backing sheet and talked with someone yesterday before going to the hotel. blah. whatever. I told them I don't care. I been out for 2-1/2 months, stuck in a truck, with no off time to myself, and to get over it. Lady about went ballistic. I just walked off.

    I went over my reviews with the Safety guy, did my CBT's today, then my pre-trip class, and was told a truck was not available, but that I needed to stick around until 4 pm to see if one came available. I saw the hotel van pull up at 2:15 pm, I was on it. Fleet Coord called and griped to hell I said too bad see ya Monday morning. She said be there at 8 am, but I'm gonna sleep in till 9:30 and catch the 10 am shuttle. lmao. I don't care to sit down there for 8 hours a day waiting on a truck. When one comes in, pick up the phone and call me.

    Hollywood here i come! Cheers to the weekend!

    don't let them talk you into going to a different terminal to get a truck, they done that to me and it took about 2 days!! Remember,you don't get the bonus until you deliver your first load!!

    im not going to another terminal. I made that ABSOLUTELY CLEAR.
    besides, this all wasn't going to make it on the plane.

    Too much stuff. Surprised ur trainer let u on the truck with all that crap. No wonder he was in a pissy mood he had ur crap everywhere
