Werner driver acting like he was driving a car wtf

    Stayed at the T/A in Harborcreek last night figured I'd get up early beat the traffic you know 4 wheelers rushing to get to work, so I was coming past the fuel island turning right onto I90 there's a Werner driver in the center lane making a left do you think he could have waited until I passed to make his turn, nope turned right in front of me I was glad no one was behind me had to slam on the brakes to avoid being hit, was thinking about reporting him to his safety department, decided it would probably be a waste of my time

    Wow.. what an idiot.. drivers like that eeerk me... especially when it is a werner driver since I drive for Werner..

    You should of called safety on him.. with werner they will follow up on it.. they will talk to the driver, and dependi g on thi gs the driver may get a warning or a write up....

    It can be a pain for a driver too... I know there was a mix up with a truck number that got reported... it was my truck number that got reported three times.. I had a safety hold put on me and was stuck at the terminal talking to safety trying to get it cleared up.. had to spend a whole day there.. taking computer based training test... I was pissed off and denying everything... finally, it got cleared up... I was in the area for two of the complaints... but clearly no one near the area on the third... and the truck that was there had a truck number that was one number off of mine... the last number was a 7 and the top part was missing, my last number was a 1...

    I was compensated for my wasted day there... and they brought in the other driver...

    We had a driver on my old account who wojld park in the fuel island... even when they werent fueling.. he would park in the fuel island and go in and eat, watch t.v. whatever... got reported and they talked to him.. he still did it and ggot reported.. so they wrote him up... idiot continued to do it.. so they took him off the account and he had to go OTR...

    So... it isnt a waste of time to report a werner driver...
