looking for advice on taking job with western express

in the past few weeks i have done 2 -3 steel loads. lots of coils, home time esp back west is a PITA. pay isnt greatt, if you have a great DM ( i do) you can get lots of miles

 

Any idea of how much home time someone from south central VA might get?

 

you might get home ever month, not sure tho. so dont quote me lol

 

The Western Express recruiter told me .75 cpm 0-200 miles, .45 cpm 200-400 miles and anything over 400 miles is .33 cpm. Is this not true?

 

it all depends on exp. i came in at 29 CPM and left at 31 CPM

 

save your time & sanity..coming from a driver out of nj......stay away from western at all costs..just turned my truck in saturday after putting up with their bs for 9 months
