Not by the sounds of things supposedly " they told him to move out of the seat and let his co rookie drive. "

Listen, if this driver was terminated because of a safety issue, he has solid ground to go after Western Express legally. I know just the lawyer that would probably love this case. Paul(Opie) Taylor he is with,
Truckers Justice Center 651-454-5800 . Now most probable, this driver will "tuck his tail between his legs" and try to find another job and Western Express knows this and this is the very reason that these mega carriers get away with this type of action.

From what I have observed, Western Express has the very worse drivers out on the road today and the drivers are probably a reflection on the whole company.

OK, this is a bit unclear to me here. Did they simply remove him from the driver's seat, so the other driver could drive the truck until it is fixed, or did they FIRE your BIL?

  8. Sounds as if they gave him a warning. Other driver took over.

I haven't scene "fired". Or the original poster ranting.

    Sorry guys. Big day yesterday.

He's sent me pics. Trying to get a buddy to upload.

FM CSA followed up on email complaint - I'm ringing them shortly with more detail.

WX told him to let/make co rookie drive. Hasn't been fired.

Will talk to him soon and update.

Its difficult trying to bat for others and keep my average up too!

Big Don and TruckDuo Thank this.

From the pictures, I would take the position that the truck ain't going to be moved with me in it.
