I'm not even sure they pay experienced drivers that much.

I'll say this: if you need a second chance: western IS the place for you. Read into that what you will.

The negative posts are a product of poor management and constant story telling and lying... If you need an oil change prepare to be in Nashville for at least 3 days. They'll give u $90.00 though. I am disgruntled I am not a slave and I have found another job... A lot of people go there cuz they don't have a car, they don't have a roof over their head, and they have questionable MVR... Western knows this and uses it to their advantage

But who's fault is that? Western or the drivers? If at a certain point in your life that you're not somewhat stable, that's your problem. If you haven't figured it out at least 30, and by the way, that's pushing it, you're never going to figure it out and if you're taken advantage of because you're an idiot it's your problem. I don't feel that it's wrong to take advantage of people like that. Sorry, that's the way I feel.

Be sure to CLOSELY examine your pay stubs. 2nd week in a row where there was an error. Granted, the errors were fixed after speaking with payroll and explaining the error.

Maybe Options aren't there for everyone. I would guess many can't afford to just change jobs whenever they like.

soooo kick'em when they're down. great philosophy. by that way of thinking everything goes. Do what thou wilt. With your philosophy you should be beyond trucking or any manual type of labor. you're deficient somewhere.

I have 30 years experience in the transportation industry. From dispatch to dock to elite driver. I drove for Western for 3 months... THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.
