I am a former Western Express Recruiter for anyone who has questions

Maybe start with "Questions that need to be asked before you go to Western Express" might help with there turnover rate.

 

You know like "Why is hometime considered a privilege?"

 

And - "Why does my dispatcher refuse to route me to a repair location for the laundry list of equipment violations on my truck, like, let's just say - a broken shock absorber mount, and tell me to pick up and deliver loads regardless of the safety condition of the truck?"

True story - brother in law. He since left that junk outfit and is finishing his refresher training with Prime.

 

Actually - the more I think about this thread, the angrier I become. Or is it confused.

If you are an "Ex WE recruiter", as you say - I'm not sure why you're investing any time on here answering questions about an outfit you USED to work for.

If you are a "Current WE recruiter" - then nice try guy. Deception is a swell trait to have.

The people at Western Express are not necessarily bad people, but a potential driver needs a straight answer.

Isn't that always the case? Oh - it's not my fault. We're all not that bad. Yet somehow it all adds up to a bad company.

Why did you leave the company & then want to answer questions honestly ?? Funny when they tell drivers to be honest , yet no-one at the company could tell you the truth if their life depended on it !! Just saying .
