bankrupt?

i know that they are currently selling the older smx trlrs and bringing in thier own trlrs since they dont buy and only lease all thier equipment-trucks and trlrs.i've heard that when he couldnt get enough money to buy smx another company helped using the flatbed div as collateral with them and since western is mostly van it is possible he may sell.the company is getting very big very quick which usuually creates alot of financial problems.also all smx trucks will have the governor cut back to 65 next time you make it to a shop.i promise no changes except for these 5 or 6 things-this owner of western is either a crook or a politician

Yeah stemp, heavier trailers that no one wants to pull. The rumor about selling the flatbed division has been going since early October with TMC the leading candidate to buy it.

Incidently, with drivers constantly jumping ship, I don't think he'll have to worry about being too big.

Key Principal Partners is the venture capital firm that helped Western on the buyout.

As far as drivers leaving, that started when Western signed the paperwork, and the bleeding (of drivers) is only going to get worse.
