I have rain water leaking into my sleeper on passenger side. Removed cabinets on pass side and pulled back panel and foam backing. Seems to be coming in at top passenger side corner where sleeper meets cab. Could this possibly be coming in around riveted seam behind top of muffler on pass side? Anyone else had this problem? Water runs down curved part of sleeper wall (behind muffler) and under cabinet on pass side to floor.

Yes any rivet can age and leak. I do not have a WS, but a leak is a leak. Is there a gasket between you cab and sleeper, that may have worn thin.
Coat the inside with black jack. then put pad back in . -
I have put 10' of 3/8's plastic air brake tubing down the shift boot, next to the splitter line, intell I could get the end and pull it out. Connect that end to an air supply and spray the truck down with a pump sprayer and cheap dish washing soap. Use the search feature on this sight. I remember reading some other posts on this issue some what different but simular methods.

The calk they use between the cab and sleeper always goes bad right there. You just need to find a way to re seal it. It it a real pain in the ###.

Having that problem on my 2001 constellation. Wondering if it can be fixed from inside or reached and patched from outside?

I used flex seal on my 4964EX.
Dump in liguid form outside, between the cab and bunk under the roof overhang. Leak free 2 yrs now. -
