21-24 is high...... at starting pay more like 15-17 but you are starting off at 70% of the full rate so they will give you all you can handle......you will get automatic raises every 6 months till you reach the top rate........ you get your mileage pay plus any waiting time after 10 minutes if you drop and hook you get 1/4 hour for drop 1/4 for hook so pups you will get 1 hour pay but if you go to a larger terminal you get paid to wait while a yard guy does it......any overnights you stay at motel usually never more then 2 nights out from home unless you want,.......you will be on the xtra board so you will do 6 tours and be eligible for 48 but you really get at least 58 because because the 48 doesn't start untill your 10 hours is up.......and you will be on call with 2 hours to get there after your called ........ $70-75,000 a year is the average

    Mr.V Thanks this.

im guessing you mean 2000 to 2500 miles per week? that would be standerd / normal miles. but if you run hard and watch your log book , you can run 3000/3500 :biggrin_25521:
