I start on the 26th. Went in today, learned how to hook up doubles (Pffft, piece of cake), & I sat with one of the guys for a couple hours & he explained the YRC way of doing things. I think I've got it. I'm sure I'll have some questions, but, all in all, I'm ready to rock and roll. They'll call me when my cards are ready & as soon as I get an employee # I need to set up direct deposit. Yippeee, I'm OTR!

Sweet deal. You must share your experience. Remember some road trucks are 9 spds and others are 10

You better have the utmost respect for them sets, trust me.

And you say that now, there will be days you will feel so worthless as it takes forever to hook..Standby.

But goodluck and keep the shiny side up and keep on trucking.

    WAHHHHHH!!!!! lol j/k

but in all serious those sets do require lots of respect. Most of the time you will luck out if a yard switcher is in the yard and they hook your sets up and everything, so you get paid to do nothing while they are hooking your set, as long as one is on the clock otherwise you will be doing it yourself.

Finally might be getting a tractor, im guessing its one of the two below
