I ran line. Ran from long island to there. Carteret is short staff at night so we always had to make up for it. I would start at 6pm at my terminal, work outbound, go to cRT. get there around 1130, work till 5am there, them go back to long island. Line haul is paid mileage. If the terminal is under 50 miles then its hourly

No I'm with a municipality job now. From what I remember YRC was like 20.35 start for city before the 15%. I know Brooklyn had a shortage. Lot of straight jobs as well.
The new contract is out in 2019. Its a foot in the door to other LTL outfits. -
