I ran line. Ran from long island to there. Carteret is short staff at night so we always had to make up for it. I would start at 6pm at my terminal, work outbound, go to cRT. get there around 1130, work till 5am there, them go back to long island. Line haul is paid mileage. If the terminal is under 50 miles then its hourly

While driving its all mileage. When working the dock or waiting for dispatch your paid hourly. So you may work the dock for 6 hours and drive for 8

No I'm with a municipality job now. From what I remember YRC was like 20.35 start for city before the 15%. I know Brooklyn had a shortage. Lot of straight jobs as well.

The new contract is out in 2019. Its a foot in the door to other LTL outfits.

So 15% less would be around $18? ... I'm guessing ok so how long to move up in the scale? .... And so 2019 the contract will be straightened out?
    .... Blind man wondering 😎🏁🏁🏁

YRC prez says employees need to forget about the 15% pay is right on with the market. Let me see Us low .50's cpm other LTL's .60's cpm. Lol. Think now YRC made profit they are trying to fatten their pockets and hope by 2019 the employees will forget the 15%. In reality I see the employees wanting more then 15% when 2019 comes around or this bish will shut down. It will be a NO vote if they don't up the pay.
