I may lose my linehaul driver card, but I do to if/when I stop at a tstop.

 

Well, when I'm pulling doubles (95% of the time), the fuel lane (@ night) is the take a piss lane.

True enough.... had some good friends at A/F. Don't know if they made the cut over to Fedex. The 4 of them drug me to W. Memphis more than once and made it a pleasure.

Looks like your missing something off that bird tho...... hood needs 3 scoops, 2 facing front and the other housing the tach. Hand one of those too. 68 /400 / auto.
Good thing about Big Chief Poncho was everything fits from 326 to 455. Best thing for a teenage boy with mty pockets......

 

I hear you about A/F. I had a few friends at the Estes terminal that was closed down last month. One guy called me asking if we were hiring, but we arent... They have a cartidge company doing everything for them now, there arent any close terminals around here so he told me he would have to transfer else where fa away which his wife didnt want...

I got a 400 with a 4spd in it. I was gonna call it finished but then decided I wasnt satisfied. Got a new hood for it, the 400 hood with the hood scoops. The tranny is being rebuilt this winter and I got a 455 for it which needs to be rebuilt. Guy I got it off says it should be around 600hp. I need to update the pic once the new hood is on and painted. I put the new one on with just the primer to see how I liked the new hood. Im getting the tach this weekend at the swap meet. The 455 eng will fit right into the hood too no problem. Had the car since I was 19... along with the dodge below it, parents werent too happy about it. The chevy p/u is in my backyard in pieces and rust and the chopper Im still getting parts for

 

parking spot!?!?! who needs a stinkin parkin spot! i just pull my set in and park in like a half moon shape thing across 10 or so spots....easy in easy out lol.....jk kidding i only do that if all the curb spots are taken.

I have been known to take 4 or 5 spots in a half moon shape to park for a shower if all the pull throughs and non spot spots are taken. I get some nasty looks, but I want a shower too, and I sure as heck am not breaking a set to back in when other guys have taken all the pull throughs and no spot spots.
