If it says part time then it's usually a casual or part time gig

the term casual doesn't mean "part time" though. when you start out you will be a casual driver and they could have you work the dock, city driver, yard worker and switcher 84 hrs in one week.

(that was literally my first week)

you don't become a full time employee until youre given a letter of hire which they determine the time frame, it can take as long as they want it to but depending on whats going on it seems like usually its given within 60 days.
