These ppl are very undermining/ micro managing, thieves !!! They rip you off for a $2500.00 escrow (rob you of $500 weekly until it is met ) , constantly calling your phone w silly questions, they will not pay you on time , & have $30 fee ( for early payment if they pay you ) . They constantly want you to scan papers workover & dispatcher is overseas !!!!! He has a horrible attitude & lies !!!!! I’ve driven for 20 years! By far the worst company I’ve been employed with! Professional drivers do yourself a favor & run from this fraudulent company!!! Thank me later

Pros

Truck speed & pay per miles IF they pay out

Cons

Low DOT rating , Overly micro managers , take $2500.00 from you , May or may not pay you or on time , overseas dispatch & very dishonest people

They flew my partner and me to Tampa and despite assuring us that we would be company drivers, they tried to make us sign a lease contract. Claiming they "thought we had agreed to be lease purchasers" they said that was the only contract they had. My partner and I amended and initialed each paragraph of the contract to reflect that we were accepting employment as company drivers and would not be responsible for any responsibilities typical of truck and trailer ownership or lessorship. They then flew us to Houston to retrieve our truck from Lufkin TX, about an hour's drive from Houston. We landed at night, where they had reserved us a motel room. The motel had no shuttle and no one answered the phone at Marbar after several attempts, so we had to pay for our own Uber to the motel. The next day Marbar said they were having trouble arranging our ride from Houston to Lufkin and they paid for another day at the motel. Day 2, the same thing, they paid for another day. Day 3 same. Day four, Saturday we could not get ahold of them so we paid frhe werkend at the motel ourselves. Monday we asked them to just rent us a vehicle to drive to Lufkin. They told us to rent the car and promised to reimburse us for the car rental and the motel days we paid for. We get to Lufkin to pick up to truck from a repair shop and discover that it had been abandoned by the previous driver and towed to the shop. I don't know what repairs that shop had done but the tires were in bad condition, one of them resembled a racecar tire with absolutely no treads at all. Inside the truck was bedding, clothing, food, the previous driver took nothing. We should have asked ourselves why anyone would do that but we still wanted to give this company a chance. We sent pictures to Marbar and were instructed to drive the truck to the nearby Love's where only the worst tire was replaced by a re-tread. Despite the mechanic's recommendation to have an alignment fixed and two other tires replaced only the one tire was authorized by Marbar. Armed with a deactivated EFS card, "NOT FOR HIRE" signs and no ELD provided by Marbar we headed to Nacadoches TX to retrieve our trailer. I drove the truck while my partner drove the rental car to return it to Avis on the way. We continued on to pick up the trailer and the landing gear crank was so rusted it broke in our hands. Marbar sent someone to weld the crank and we were instructed to drive the truck to Marbar's Elk Grove, IL yard and office where we were told we would get a new and valid EFS card, the rest of the repairs done and get our first load. Now get this! We make it about 170 miles and reminded Marbar that the fuel was at about 1/4 tank and we would need to re-fuel soon. They give us a NUMBER to a new EFS card and told us to register it into our Pilot Rewards app and insisted that we could pay for fuel that way! Folks, I cannot make this up! TWO DAYS WE ARGUE WITH THESE PEOPLE THAT YOU CANNOT BUY FUEL THAT WAY!!! THEY REFUSED TO JUST GIVE US A DARN EFS CODE, INSISTING THAT WE JUST DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE APP! Meanwhile, having no APU, we are idling at the truck stop just to survive the triple digit temperatures!!!! Day four we tell them we are checking into a motel to stay cool because the idling had drained the truck of what fuel was left and we were not paying for fuel, nor could we afford enough fuel to make it to Elk Grove anyway. They promised to reimburse that motel stay as well. The next day, big surprise, they finally agree to give us a EFS money code for fuel and finally we head for Elk Grove. As soon as we get there (a drop yard with no office) we are met by a gentleman who says they are discontinuing our truck and will call us when they have a truck for us. WE THEN HAD TO RENT OUR OWN CAR TO DRIVE BACK HOME TO GEORGIA WITH YET ANOTHET PROMISE TO REIMBURSE US!!!! IT IS NOW TWO WEEKS LATER AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A DIME AND THEY HAVE GHOSTED US!

I've been working for them for a year and 3 months, they take time to pay, before it was Friday, now it's Monday, and to top it off if you want the money on Friday you have to pay 30 dollars, and they send you to do the DOT and if the mechanical workshop finds a defect in the truck or trailer they take time to pay and you lose more than a day in something that is so simple, and on the other hand if you have an accident they charge you for the crane as they charged me for being a driver of company I had to pay 2255.32 dollars and finally they are such a son of a ##### that they found out that I was leaving for another company and they invented a story so as not to pay me my last check. Do not mess with this company, Bodgan is a scammer, he is one of the owners of the company and a total idiot
