Upper management could care less about the drivers. If you were to interview the Ga & SC drivers you will get the same story. They think we read minds & the harassment don't match the pay. Constantly changing rules to benefit themselves. We were involuntarily out of work for 2 weeks during the holidays & they didn't compensate the drivers nor cared of their responsibilities. @ the last minute(week of) they ditched a plan of action to somehow give most of us the 16-23 hrs of PTO. But mind you no one new of this PTO thing so how did they come up with the calculations. Half the time there's not enough trucks to cover the drivers & they want the drivers to figure out how to get the load up to the customer. Very condescending attitudes towards the drivers. Most drivers feel if they don't get it together they will lose this account. Probably so...
