Driver Pay: $1826 Weekly Average :CPM $0.67-$0.71.(1/2 cent pay raise every 20,000 miles) .Short haul Pay 0-100 MILES $30 101-400 MILES $25 AVERAGE LENGTH OF HAUL 400 miles. Short haul Pay plus Mileage Pay. Stop Pay & Detention Pay (after 1 Hour) Paid weekly. Submit paperwork with your smart phone using Drive Axle, or use Transflo at truck stops. Advanced online services allow you to manage your loads, review payroll, and much more using your smart phone.
Additional Pay: CSA Safety Bonus opportunity every 90 days, $875 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off. On-Road Safety Bonus opportunity of $600 every 90 days. Premium pay per mile when hauling placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded) .Anniversary Bonus of $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually.
HOME TIME: Saturday & Sunday for 2 full days (48 hours)
TYPE OF FREIGHT: Full truckload, dry van. direct transit expedited freight of which 40% runs at night between the hours of 9pm & 5 am. Drivers will flip their clocks and run days & nights- . No NYC, Canada, or Mexico. Running Area: IL, IN, OH, KY, WV, VA, MD, NJ, PA, MD, MA, NC, Northern Part of SC & GA.
HIRING BONUS: Option 1 Initial Sign On Bonus of $1,475 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $1,300. Paid Time Off, Orientation Pay Plus Opportunity for the following after 45 days with qualifying safety record:

Experience & Hiring Requirements:
Valid current Class A CDL
9 mos. recent of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience (out overnight in a sleeper Truck running 15 states winter & night driving, logs required) or 12 Mo. In the Last 2 yrs. (6 mos. is sufficient if Teaming with an experienced driver-)
No Terminations in the past 12 months, period. Does not matter what the term is for. No exceptions.
No DWIs in the past 7 yrs.
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 yrs. (No more than 2 last 12 mos. No more than 3 last 3 yrs)
None of the following in past 3 yrs, Reckless Driving, Improper Turn, Improper Lane Change or Erratic Lane Change, Improper passing, Failure to Keep in Proper Lane, Driving too fast for conditions,
No 15 mph or more in past 12 mos.- (1) 15 mph or more over allowed in past 2 yrs. if over 12 mos. old. Following too Close, Careless Driving, Using Handheld Cell Phone in CMV.
Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug scree (BOTH URINE & HAIR FOLLICLE), & Human Performance Evaluation (company truck drivers only for HPE)
No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 yrs.
No drug test refusal or failure.
