We provide Chassis, Containers, Drayage, and Services for Imports, Exports, and Domestic moves.Universal Logistics is currently seeking reliable and safety-focused CDL A Intermodal Company Drivers out of the Sparks, NV area. What we offer
- Day Shift: Start 1am-3am and work until 2pm-4pm
- Monday - Friday, weekend work available
- Full benefits package after 90 days
- Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
- Flat rate pay - PER LOAD - up to $1,500/week
- Consistent year round work
- RAIL & PORT Work - TWIC REQUIRED
- Runs/Lanes: one local in the Reno area and one going out to the ports in Oakland. Average about 200 miles locally and 350 miles when going to Oakland
- HOME DAILY
- No touch freight
- Automatic Peterbilt Sleepers
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior rail experience preferred but not required
- Class A CDL
- 6 months of verifiable experience in the last year
- Clean driving record with proven safe-driving history
- No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Strong time management & communication skills
