Dedicated truck drivers enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. Unlike our other dedicated accounts, our dedicated flex position offers a good balance of driving for multiple dedicated customers. As a dedicated flex driver, you'll enjoy a steady schedule with variety in your routes each week, as well as a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,400 per week.

As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you can expect:

Competitive pay:
- Experience drivers and those needing 1 week of training:
  - Average $1,700 per week; $90,000 per year
  - Guaranteed minimum of $72,800 per year /$1,400 guaranteed minimum each week! (If available to work the entire week and training is completed)
  - Starting pay is .64 cpm
- Drivers needing 3 weeks of training:
  - Starting pay is .60 cpm
  - Top pay of .64 cpm reached in six months
- Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on
- Stop and loading/unloading pay (not all accounts)
- Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable
- Company sponsored per diem program
Home weekly, drivers who wish to accept two-week assignments, with a 34-hour reset on the road, will receive an additional $200 in per diem

Job Requirements:

Drivers must have Class A CDL
Being adaptable to change and having the desire to work with a wide variety of freight
Occasionally support other Averitt operations when needed; to ensure you'll always be rolling
Serve multiple customers, will only work for 1 account at a time (a minimum of 1 week or until the customer's needs are met) then haul another dedicated customer's product

No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

Complete fuel tickets
