Pay:

Average Annual Pay: $75,000
% of load pay based on experience
Bonuses: Referral bonus: $2,000 (Pay outs are half at 30 days and half at 90 days); Sign-on bonus: $2,000
Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, and Schedule:

Home every night!
Day shift with early morning start times
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday with 10-12 hours per day
Hauling: coal, rock, ash, and fertilizer
Level of Touch: Minimal cleaning after the load is dumped

Equipment:

Newer model Mack Trucks
Automatic Transmission

Qualifications:

CDL A license
Must be at least 18 years of age
2-3 years of tractor-trailer experience preferred (End Dump preferred)
No DUI/DWI's in last 5 years
No more than 3 violation convictions within the past 3 years
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lb
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
