CDL A Driver - No Touch - $27.50 Per Hour - OT

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Reading, PA. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 4pm - 7pm Start time

• Pay:  $27.50 Per Hour + OT After 40 hours

• Route Type: Local, runs usually go South to MD area

• Equipment: Dry Van, Manual Transmission

• Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: Tanker, Manual Transmission experience required

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
