  • A&V Cargo Inc. is looking for experienced CDL-A Flatbed Drivers who want to run and make money.
    We are a small, family-run trucking company. We keep things straightforward: good freight, good equipment, weekly pay, and direct communication with dispatch and management.




What we offer

  • PAY & MILES

    • 28–30% of truck gross or could discuss an offer for cents per mile
    • Target ~3,000 miles per week for drivers who want to run
    • With strong rates and consistent miles, $2,500–$3,500/week is achievable
    • Weekly direct deposit
    • Consistent freight
    • No forced dispatch
  • Your earnings depend on the freight rates, miles you run, home time, and market conditions. We don't promise unrealistic numbers.

    • Newer, well-maintained trucks
    • Automatic transmissions
    • Refrigerator, microwave & inverter
    • PrePass / Elite Pass
    • Samsara-equipped trucks

  • 📦 OUR FREIGHT

    We haul primarily:
    • Steel & aluminum
    • Machinery
    • Building & construction materials
    • General flatbed commodities
  • Our primary operating areas are the Midwest, South and Southeast.

HOME TIME

Home time depends on where you live and how you prefer to run. We're looking primarily for drivers who want to stay productive and average around 3,000 miles per week.

Requirements

  •  REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience
    • At least 6 months flatbed experience
    • Must know proper load securement and tarping
    • No major violations
    • No DUI
    • No SAP drivers
    • Minimum age 23
