Owner Operator Pay

• 72% of the line haul
• 100% of the fuel surcharge (FSC)

• 90% of the line haul
• 100% of the fuel surcharge (FSC)

Equipment Requirements

• Truck must be equipped with its own PTO and blower (Schwend does not provide this equipment.)
• If using your own pneumatic trailer, it must be 1,600 cubic feet or larger.
• Truck weight (including driver and fuel) cannot exceed 19,000 lbs.
• Wheelbase cannot exceed 260 inches.
• Owner Operators must provide their own apportioned license plate.

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience within the last 4 years
• Stable work history (longevity is important to us; excessive job hopping is not preferred)
• No SAP drivers
• No careless or reckless driving convictions
• Safe driving record and professional attitude
