CDL A Regional Driver - $1,700 - $1,900 Per Week  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support regional operations based in Elgin, IL. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm Start time

• Pay:  $1,700 - $1,900 Per Week

• Route Type: Regional, 3-5 stops per route, Drivers are home 2-3 times during the week 

• Freight / Load Type: Hauling tires, windshield wipers and rims

• Equipment: 53' trailer, Automatic

• Handling: Heavy touch freight, Driver is responsible for getting the tires off the truck

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on regional routes 

• Transport tires, windshield wipers and rims in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including heavy touch freight 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
