CDL Truck Driver - Dry Van

We are seeking experienced and reliable CDL-A Team OTR Truck Drivers to join our growing fleet. This position offers competitive pay at 60 cents per mile (split), consistent miles, and the opportunity to travel coast-to-coast with a professional team partner. Drivers must have at least 2 years of recent verifiable OTR experience and a strong safety record.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $0.60 per mile – All miles paid (loaded & empty).
- Home time: 4 weeks out / 4 days home
- Fridge , microwave, Inverters are installed.
- Consistent miles – 3000+ miles/week average.
- Newer, well-maintained equipment (automatic trucks).
- Fuel cards, tolls, and scales covered.
- 24/7 dispatch and maintenance support.
- Every 6 months retention Bonus
- Sign ON Bonus $2000.
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 2 years of recent OTR experience.
- Clean MVR and PSP preferred.
- Able to pass DOT physical and drug screen.
- Must be willing to run as a team and spend 3–4 weeks on the road per trip.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
