Home Time: Varies by carrier – typically weekly, bi-weekly, or 2–3 weeks out

Overview
We are seeking reliable, professional OTR Class A Truck Drivers to join our fleet. Drivers will run long-haul routes across the lower 48 states, ensuring safe and on-time delivery of freight. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, self-motivated, and experienced in navigating national lanes.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle across regional and national lanes
Transport freight efficiently and deliver loads on time
Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and company policies
Complete electronic logs, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and support staff
Handle freight responsibly (no touch / drop & hook / live load – customizable)
Protect company equipment and cargo at all times
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism on the road
Minimum Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6–12 months OTR experience (adjustable based on company requirements)
Clean driving record (customizable thresholds allowed)
Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check
Must be able to stay out for required time frames
Strong work ethic, communication skills, and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of OTR experience
Experience with electronic logs, modern trucking technology, and GPS navigation
Safe driving awards or strong CMV safety history
Customer-service-minded with professional communication skills
