CDL-B Tanker Driver - Light Touch - $26-$28 /hrTransForce is seeking CDL-B Drivers to support Local operations based in Baltimore, MD. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL-B Driver Details:
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, / 1st Shift (6 am start) / home daily
- Pay: $26-$28 per hour
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: General Freight
- Equipment: Tractor Trailer, Dry Van, Automatic
- Handling: Light touch
CDL-B Driver Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL-B
- Experience: 2+years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: Tanker
- Equipment Experience: CDL-B straight truck and single-axle tanker
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL-B Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate CDL-B tanker or straight truck on local routes
- Transport motor oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, anti-freeze, DEF fluid, etc.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
