Regional CDL Truck Driver - Flatbed
REGIONAL FLATBED DRIVER
TMC Transportation needs Class A CDL Drivers to grow our team of professional flatbed drivers. This is a regional position getting you home on the weekends! Our percentage pay package is based on performance; not seniority.
Positions are open for experienced and non-experienced CDL drivers.
TMC Pay & Benefits
- YEARLY PAY AVERAGES
- New drivers earn up to $100,000+ per year
- Experienced drivers earn up to $120,000+ per year
- WEEKLY PAY AVERAGES
- Drivers Average $1460-1850/wk
- Top Drivers Earn as Much as $2400/wk
- MINIMUM PAY FIRST TWO WEEKS
- $1,000/week minimum pay first two weeks in your truck
- NEW PAY INITIATIVES
- $125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- Increased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping
- Continuous Run Program: Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road
- $600 in-truck bonus when you receive your own truck, plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truck

- No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
- Minimum 23 years of age
