Regional CDL Truck Driver - Refrigerated - Team Driving

This is a team-driving position. We divide the truck’s total miles equally between both drivers and pay each driver their respective rate for their half of the miles.

Modern Fleet – 2024 Peterbilts & 12 new trucks in 2025, including nine 2026 International tractors, available now!
Guaranteed Pay – Earn a guaranteed $0.60 per mile, plus up to $0.08 per mile in monthly performance bonuses. That’s a potential $0.68 per mile.
Trainer Bonus – Trainers earn an additional $0.10 per mile when running with trainees.
