| Drivers typically cover an average of 970 miles per week, completing 3 turns with an average of 3-5 stops per load. |
| This is all touch freight, requiring drivers to unload dry freight using rollers. |

| Running area: |
| This lane runs Regional out of Joliet IL to WI, IA, MN, MI, IN and Northern KY. All dry freight. |
| Schedule: |
| Home Time: 34 hour weekly reset time that falls on either a Saturday or Sunday. |
| 2 Schedules on this fleet: Shifts Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday decided during the interview. |
| Drivers are out with a mentor for 5 days at the start |
| Compensation: |
| Driver's average $1,755/week with the top 10% averaging $1,948/week |
| 5-Day Mentor Pay - $150 per day |
| Equipment: |
| Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers. |
| Driver Driver can take trucks home to park as long as it safe and secure. |

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid Class A license
Must have 3 months’ experience driving a tractor-trailer in the last 12 months or as much time on the road for any period than off the road in the last 10 years.
