Local CDL Truck Driver - Tanker

Hiring Area: 35 mile radius of Harleyville, SC will hire up to 50 miles as long as driver understands they will be driving their personal vehicle to and from Harleyville
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid Class A license
Must have a minimum of 6 months verified CDL experience with a combination Tractor Trailer (no training time counted)
Must already have a tanker endorsement to apply
CDL must match current address

- Driver's are home nightly; occasional out overnight/home next day
- Usual start time is early AM: Midnight-0300; depending on dispatch could be a later early AM start: 0300-0600
- Most drivers run 2 dispatches daily; 10-12 hour days
- Drivers are required to drive personal vehicle to/from customer location in Harleyville for dispatch and equipment
- At customer, drivers may be expected to climb a platform/flip a lid on the trailer for product load
- At delivery, drivers are expected to use the trailer hose/electric blower & monitor product as it unloads
- Drivers are trained in the handling & unloading of dry product: Bulk Powder Cement (primarily); other commodities as determined
- Average weekly pay is $850-$1,100 gross a week
- Paid orientation/full training; medical/dental/vision; paid vacation after 1 year; paid holidays; 401k w/match
