Pay:
- .48 cpm plus $20 per stop with an average of 18 stops per week
- Weekly Minimum First Year: $1,300; After first year $1,400 (drivers must work the full work week in order to receive the guaranteed weekly minimum pay (will not receive guaranteed minimum if they take sick and/or vacation days)
- Annual Average $67,600 - First year (minimum); $72,800 - after year one (minimum)
- Stop pay: All stops pay $20 for each
- Tuesday-Saturday. Please make sure drivers are comfortable with either schedule.
- Dispatch times are from 1am to 6am based on the route.
- Drivers normally run about an 11–13-hour day, most days. Some can be as short as 8 hours.
- Going forward we will not recruit for a specific route as our route will change, we run specific days
- Sunday/Monday every week - Home 2-3 times during the week
- 1-2 Layovers per week required
- GA, AL, Southern SC, FL (Ocala/Lakeland)
- Averages up to 1,800-2,000 miles/week depending on how efficient the driver is - Averages 18 stops per week
- Drivers will unload at customer stores using an electric pallet jack
- There will be a total of 16-25 unloads weekly average
- New hire transition bonus $500-paid in full on second paycheck
- Onsite at customer location
- Few back hauls - very few, maybe 1-5 per week spread across the fleet. Most will not have any.
Minimum Requirements: (Please be sure you meet the requirements below)
- Must have a valid Class A license
- Must have at least 12 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must already have a Hazmat endorsement to apply
- Must be comfortable driving at night
