Pay:
- .48 cpm plus $20 per stop
- Weekly Minimum First Year: $1,300; After first year $1,400 (drivers must work the full work week in order to receive the guaranteed weekly minimum pay (will not receive guaranteed minimum if they take sick and/or vacation days)
- Annual Average $67,600 - First year (minimum); $72,800 - after year one (minimum)
- Stop pay: All stops pay $20 for each
- Layover pay: $100 per layover
- Monday Night - Friday Night; 9pm departure every route
- Drivers will have part of Saturday, all of Sunday and return to work 5-8pm Monday
- All drivers will have 2-3 layover routes per week
- Home time will be limited to the above for most
- Panhandle of Florida
- Averages up to 1,800-2,500 miles/week - Average 5 stops per run
- Drivers will unload at Customer stores using an electric pallet jack
- There will be an average for 4-6 stops per run
- 2020 Freightliner Cascadia - Sleeper and Day cab (all tandem axle, all automatic transmission)
- Lift gate trailers and electric pallet jacks. 28' to 53' trailers depending on route
- New hire transition bonus $500-paid in full on second paycheck
- Onsite at customer location
- Few back hauls - very few, maybe 1-5 per week spread across the fleet. Most will not have any.
Minimum Requirements: (Please be sure you meet the requirements below)
- Must have a valid Class A license
- Must have at least 12 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must already have a Hazmat endorsement to apply
- Must be comfortable driving at night
