We pay ALL miles…loaded and empty
Fuel surcharge is paid on all loaded miles.
Fuel surcharge is based on the DOE national average cost per gallon as released weekly.

Drivers stay out a minimum of 10 days ​unless in Florida, Florida drivers need to stay out a minimum of 3 weeks in order to stay busy ​and earn ​enough income

• $599 per week plus expenses for solo operators.
• $1,199 per week plus all expenses for teams. Lease term reduced on team lease. Determined at time of lease.
• Physical damage insurance is determined at time of lease based on value at that time.
• Optional buyout at the conclusion of the lease is the greater of $47,000.00 or 90% of the fair market value on the scheduled termination date, as determined by lessor.
• 5 year/600k mile warranty from the original in-service date of the vehicle.
• All trucks are 12 speed automatics.

• Mounting bracket for flat panel TV in bunk.

Owners are not required to get truck insurance or base plates through us but we do offer:
· Physical Damage and Bobtail based on the value of the truck
· Occupational Accident
· Base plates

We do not charge for:
· Qualcomm usage or installation
· Fuel Card
· Cargo insurance
· Liability Insurance
· Transflo Services
· Permits and IFTA Trucks onboarding to the PAM Cartage Carrier fleet have to be a 2000 model year or newer & have to be able to pass an FMCSA annual inspection.

​Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid Class A ​CDL
Experience requirements:

• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience (can be a combination of OTR/Regional/Local) in the past 3 years 

• At least 3 months of verifiable OTR experience in the past year AND at any time completed an accredited school or carrier approved training program. Requires their tds certificate with a minimum of 120 hours
• At least 6 months of verifiable Local experience or a combination of OTR/Regional/Local in the past year, AND at any time completed an accredited school or carrier approved training program

* Less than 1-year experience will also require graduation certificate
* Experience MUST have been in a Class A tractor, towing a 45' trailer(s) or longer.
* Jobs must have also required a Class A CDL
