Local CDL Truck Driver - Home Daily

No SAP Drivers
This is a slip seat position
Must have personal transportation to and from DC daily.  DC is off of James Madison Hwy, ​Gordonsville, VA 
Sign on bonus:  $1,000; $500 first load, $500 at 30 days
Delivery:Freight type:

• Hauling groceries
• No touch freight
• Runs include nights, weekends and holidays that fall within the workweek

Trailer Type:

• Refrigerated and Dry Van

Home time:

• Home Daily
• Current need start times are between noon and midnight, with weekends expected
• New local drivers will work 5 on and 2 off same two days off every week during the week (additional shifts welcome by request)

Average Miles:

• 1700 per week

Pay:

• Working full scheduled hours drivers are averaging $1300 gross a week 
• .56-.63 cpm

Stop Pay:

• $20 per stop (all stops)

If you choose to join the team, you’ll go through a short orientation to help get you started on the right foot. And you’ll get paid to do it. You’ll attend one day of in-classroom training in which you’ll receive $125 and 3-4 days of ride-along training at $50 per day.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum of 3 months experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months

•  Local experience counts as long as it is TT 40 ft or greater!
• Truck driving school/training doesn’t count as experience. A driver has to have a full 3 months with one carrier to qualify as a first seat driver
