Dedicated/Local CDL Truck Driver - Refrigerated

Typical Week For Driver:

Drivers are required to be prepared to work each Saturday unless notified they will have the day off.
The company receives the next day's dispatch 12 hours in advance

Hours (shift) / Home Time / Days Off:

Drivers will work a 6 day work week, unless pre-approved time off or due to customer load count.
**Ideally we are looking for candidates that are willing to work the 6-day schedule, however 5-day schedules can be accommodated with the understanding that the W2 would be lower - $61,500
Start times will be from 2:00 AM - 12:00 PM
No Sunday deliveries unless requested by customer.

Pay:

Drivers average $1350-$1450 a week; $70,000-$75,000 a year on this account; $150 minimum a day as long as the driver completes scheduled dispatch

Accessorial Pay:

$16 stop pay (average 2 stops per day; $16 Backhaul pay; Detention pay: $12.00/hour Store

Training:

2-5 days on a truck with an experienced driver to learn the paperwork and procedures for the account. Paid at $125 a day
