EQUIPMENT- 2021 or Newer Volvo 760, automatic I-shift transmission Trucks. The safest truck on the road! They run 68 cruise and pedal. These trucks are optimized with ergonomically designed seats and position perfect steering, 70” L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built in refrigerators, Auxiliary power units, Dual antennas, Flat screen TV mount, satellite radios. SAFETY- Safety is a top priority. Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced. Most have held down the pedal of a tractor just like you. They will dispatch you safely & legally. Our Drivers run the loads in the same manner. Most of our freight is in the middle corridor of the United States. We will never force dispatch you through the mountains of the West Coast or to NY City. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance and inspections and the shop is available 24/7 if something happens out on the road. The Safety department will assist, support and enforce as well.
COMMUNICATION- Drivers regularly meet face -to-face with managers and team members. Our goal is to develop a successful relationship. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry. Drivers and dispatchers do know each other by name. Some have been around so long they have a nickname. Our operations can be available 24/7
PAY- Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We don’t pre-approve out of respect for you. If you trust us enough to accept our offer, we will stand by it and put that offer in writing. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles. That’s up to 5% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. More miles mean more money. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and a performance bonus, and more. We do not cap our drivers’ pay.
FAMILIES-Most of us have families and we understand that you must have a balance between work and home. Your family can feel secure knowing that while you’re away you will be making money to take care of them. And just as you work hard to deliver your loads on time our operations department works equally as hard to get you home on time as was agreed to.

The Basics:
Loads-Dry van and Reefer (No slaughter houses No Fresh meat) Consumables. Loads 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook 100% no touch freight.Benefits- W-2 company that offers medical, dental, life, vision, paid vacations,401K, detention/ layover.
Climate Express is privately owned, located in the heart of Missouri since 1996. We have about 200 tractors. Although our turnover rate varies it is consistently below the National average and at least a third of the drivers that have left us have reached out and asked to come back.
Requirements:
- Class A CDL
- 1 Year recent OTR Tractor and trailer experience
- Satisfactory Safety record
