CDL Truck Driver - Dry Van

Not hiring drivers South of Tampa, FL
  • .67 cpm - .72 cpm depending on experience and whether you have hazmat or not
  • CSA Safety Bonus opportunity every 90 days, $875 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off
  • On-Road Safety Bonus opportunity of $600 every 90 days
  • Anniversary Bonus of $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually
  • Average 2,000-2,400 miles per week
  • Extra pay on short lengths of haul
  • Detention pay after only 1 hour
  • Expected home time: Run for 21 days, then home for 7 days
  • Note:  For this position, you must park the truck at one of our terminals and the company will pay to fly you home and back, or if preferred, reimburse you for your fuel home and back from our Columbus terminal, for drivers living east of I-35 
  • Primary Running/Hiring Area:  IL, IN, OH, PA, NJ, MD MA, WV, VA KY, NC, GA, FL

Minimum Requirements:
Driver MUST have 1 year OTR in the last 4 years with at least 6 months in the past 14 months OR 3 months in the past 7 months
  • OTR experience is defined as major city deliveries and running in inclement weather (snow). 
  • More than 151 consecutive days of not working in the past 15 months, they will not process the app, regardless of the reason for the gap. Rarely, will they approve a driver with 150 days off in an 18 month span, period.
  • LOCAL Experience or Training Experience will ONLY count if Driver drove in inclement weather
