- No set home time time policy but this is not a good fit for drivers wanting to be home weekly or every day

Running area: Nationwide OTR: Covering all 48 states, with most freight running east of I-35—but we go where the freight takes us. NO Forced NYC or its five boroughs.
Average Miles: Drivers typically run 2,000-2,200 miles per week, though this depends on HOS (Hours of Service) and availability.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
Pay and Bonuses:
Drivers average $1,100-$1,300 a week
.52-.56cpm based upon driver's experience
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting on the first of the month following your hire date. Must be an active OTR driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify.
Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, available on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
Minimum Requirements:- 3 months experience (not including time out with the trainer) in the last 3 years - experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable commercial vehicle accidents/incidents during the 3 months
- For drivers with less than 6 months of experience, the driver can have no preventable CMV roadway accidents.
- Drivers that do not have the 3 months of verifiable experience within the last 3 year can go back 5-10 years on verifications. They would just have to do an extensive driving test during orientation
- For drivers with more than 3 months experience: No more than 4 jobs in the last year, no more than 6 in the last 2 years and no more than 8 in the last 3 years
- Local experience counts as long as it is TT 40 ft or greater!
- Truck driving school/training doesn’t count as experience. A driver has to have a full 3 months with one carrier to qualify as a first seat driver
