CDL Truck Driver - Dry Van

No SAP drivers

OTR drivers run all 48 states; majority of freight is East of I-35, but we go where the freight goes NO forced dispatch to NYC or the 5 boroughs

• NO TOUCH FREIGHT; 50-60% drop and hook, 40-50% live unloads
• Average 2200+ miles a week
• Average length of haul is 600 miles
• Drivers average $1200-$1500 gross a week
• .54-.60 cpm based upon driver's experience
• Detention Pay $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour
• Layover Pay/Breakdown Pay $100 per day 
• Your mileage is paid zip to zip and we utilize the Rand McNally Mileage System
• Mileage bonus 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity. Eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date 
• Drivers are out for 12 days and home for 2 full days
• 2021 or newer freightliner or Kenworth with APU, 1500 watt-inverter, refrigerator, and the mounts for a TV and a microwave
• Medical, Dental and Vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, available on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

• Valid Class A CDL

• 3 months experience in the last 3 years - Can have up to 5 jobs in the last 3 years

• 2 years experience - Can have up to 7 jobs in the last 3 years
•  Local experience counts as long as it is TT 40 ft or greater!
• Truck driving school/training doesn’t count as experience. A driver has to have a full 3 months with one carrier to qualify as a first seat driver
