Regional CDL Truck Driver - Owner Operator - Flatbed

Small family owned company that has been in business for 50 years
This opportunity is for Owner OperatorsType of Freight:

• Flatbed, they haul everything from sweet potatoes to space ships

Pay:

• Same day pay-65% of linehaul if using company trailer, if have own trailer 74.7% of the linehaul (for typical 3 axle tractor)
• 100% of all accessorial pay
• Non forced dispatch

Home Time:

• Owner Operators are typically out for 7-10 days at a time depending on the loads they choose

Running area:

• Running all 48 states
• Short loads, long loads and everything in between 

Average Miles:

• Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week depending on how the driver runs, can be more or less

Other Information:

• As an O/O pulling at least 1 load a month is required
• Must have your own securement equipment whether using a company trailer or own trailer (tarps, chains, binders, ratchets, etc.)  Tarps are not required, however that will limit the driver on available loads so we highly recommend having them and being willing to pull loads requiring tarps 
• Must have own portable ratchets if using company trailer
• Must have a headache rack on truck unless using own RGN trailer
• Highly recommend drivers to have a TWIC card to enable more load opportunities
• A forward facing camera will be installed
• No age restrictions on tractor

Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of verifiable over the road Class A experience in the last 3 years (over the road is defined by running 5 states or more in a sleeper tractor)
Must have at least 6 months of verifiable open deck (flatbed, RGN, Step Deck, etc.) experience in the last 2 years
